Kymber currently serves as the President of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), a brokerage with eight offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. She is also the Regional Director of Keller Williams for the Maryland/DC (MDC) Region where she oversees 4,500+ agents and is the highest-ranking minority female executive in all of Keller Williams. In addition to her roles within Keller Williams and KWCP, Kymber served as the 2020 President of the DC Association of Realtors and was appointed by the mayor to serve on the District of Columbia Arts Commission. She is also a Board Member of Crittenton Services and is the head of the Keller Williams National Social Equity Task Force. As one of the best and brightest young business people in the greater Washington, DC region, Kymber was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 Honoree.
Martin is the Director of Coaching and Business Development for The Menkiti Group and was one of the first residential agents to team with Bo and Kymber Menkiti. In his current role, Martin coaches sales agents on the eMpower platform as well as plays an integrated role in the residential, development, and commercial business units of The Menkiti Group, promoting growth and business development as the enterprise expands its neighborhood investment model around the country. Martin has been recognized with the revered I.A.M. award, which honors a member of The Menkiti Group enterprise for extraordinary dedication and commitment to the growth and success of the organization.
Natasha serves as the Director of Single Family Development and External Relations at The Menkiti Group, assisting in growing the single-family home development portfolio. Her primary responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing and acquiring real estate opportunities as well as managing all new acquisitions from inception through closing. Natasha oversees and coaches all Development Associates and mentors them on design, construction schedule, budgets and executive reporting. Committed to her role, Natasha’s leadership style and attention to detail to her finished products are unrivaled.
